My daughter and son-in-law have a house they want to bid on but the outside siding has some peeling paint. I believe it is wood siding. Estimate $3000.00 to repainted. Will that disqualify them for a FHA loan?
Credit scores are 800 plus. She's a nurse/mom and he has a job with USDA

I have an FHA loan with Bank of America and went through the HARP program 3 times due to the bank requiring more documents to be signed etc... Each time they lowered the payment. At the end of the year they requested I make up those payments or they would foreclose. My understanding was that those payments were supposed to be put at the end of the loan. They now state; "This is the end of your loan." Is that legal?

Ive been in a purchase agreement for 2 years and closed today. I found out yesterday that I got a promotion out of state. I know i can have 2 FHA loans because of my job relocating me but how does this affect the selling of the house? Does the mandatory job relocation change the selling process?

I have read about all the fees we will pay in closing costs but our lender is accounting for a $6k FHA Loan Fee on a 350K Loan that doesn't seem to have any rime or reason, is this normal? It is not apart of the normal insurance, tax, commissions, etc, etc.
