I have been working in education but not a certified teacher. I have been offered a job in a different county but have been told that I need to have my first paycheck before we close. We cannot put off the closing for many reasons. Can a contract with projected income be sufficient?

I have an offer on a house. But after the inspection report, I feel I will be getting into a money pit. I'm being bounced from inspectors to agent. I have not received a second repair report, and my closing date is getting closer.

We are selling our current home that is an FHA and approved for another FHA on the home we are purchasing. We want to simultaneously close these homes, can we do that? Close Current home in the morning and new purchase in the afternoon...in the same day?

We are FHA refinancing cash out and since we live in a common state they have to consider my spouses debt as well, even though they will not be on the loan. They have said they will continue to monitor my credit through the closing process, but will they also continue to monitor my spouse who is not on the loan. They have already pulled her initial credit report.

If loan has a tax proration charge to buyer, can that fee be included with total closing costs that the seller credit can be applied to? If a tax proration credit to buyer, do we have to deduct that amount from total closing costs to determine max amount seller credit can be applied to?

If the agreement is that the seller will pay for new appliances and carpet ,, how is this money paid to the buyer? Is it issued at closing?

45000 house. Its appraised at 52. I havent closed yet. I got 5000 from my parents to put down. The loan officer put it to pay 4500 on closing costs. now theres 818 on the down . If I put more money on down to reach the 80%. does this help get ride of the MIP? I have limited credit history but score is 650. Also I have a co borrower /co signer for helping with this. I want to know if this is right for me to be having to pay MIP evry montth for life of the loan?

We are selling our home. We allowed the buyers to rent the house from us until they could come up with the down payment they needed for the FHA Loan. They have the down payment, but are now being told that they have to rent the house for six months before we can do the closing. Is this correct? If so, are there any other issues that my arise that you can think of?
